Guided Duck Hunts.
Mallards and pintails over the decoys, plus gadwall, wigeon, and teal. Field hunts and small potholes — never pressured roost water.

Duck at the edge of the prairie.
1 in 4 ducks in North America comes from Saskatchewan. Located in the north where most waterfowl start their migration, the birds are less pressured, more hungry, and come in hot from every angle.
Our duck hunts target puddle ducks (dabbling ducks) feeding heavily in the farm fields. We do not target diver ducks or hunt large bodies of water — those stay as undisturbed roosts so birds remain calm and confident all season.
The most commonly harvested species are mallard and pintail (almost an even split), with occasional teal, wigeon, and gadwall picked up along the way. Hunts take place in feeding fields or in small potholes that birds use before and after the field feeds.

8 ducks per day in Saskatchewan, with a 24-bird possession limit. Federal Migratory Game Bird Permit + Saskatchewan Game Bird License required (we handle the paperwork).
What are the season dates?
Saskatchewan duck season runs September 1 – December 16. We hunt through the end of October.
What's the most common duck on your hunts?
Mallards and pintails — almost an even split. Plus occasional gadwall, wigeon, and teal as bonus birds.
Do I need waders?
No. The majority of our duck hunting is on dry fields, and any water hunts we do are in small, shallow potholes.
What blinds do you hunt out of?
Tanglefree layout blinds (also called coffin blinds) or A-frame willow/brush blinds, depending on the terrain and natural cover.
