Waterfowl Hunting Guide Job Description:
Waterfowl Hunting Guide located in North Battleford, SK. Guides are responsible for scouting, securing landowners permission, assisting clients, setting up hunts, ensuring safety protocols are followed, maintaining and managing company vehicles, gear and equipment, and offering an exceptional customer experience. Additional duties may include washing decoys, fixing trailers, brushing blinds and cleaning birds.
Canada Hunting Guide Qualifications
- Proven experience in the waterfowl guiding industry.
- Proficiency in calling Ducks, Canadas, Specks, Snows.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to provide support and build positive relationships with clients and landowners.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and physically demanding environments and work 7 days a week all season long.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Skilled in firearms safety.
- Knowledgeable of all hunting regulations.
A trained dog is an asset but not required All Applicants must submit a resume, complete with references and a description of themselves along with short video clips introducing themselves and showcasing their calling skills.
